​​The Onion Dialogues TM is a workshop program designed to advance conversation, knowledge, and higher thinking around racial equity and social justice.

 

Businesses, Nonprofits, Government groups, and Community Leaders have engaged Tamara and Amy to offers The Onion Dialogues for their charity's staff and board of directors, corporate leaders, and front-line workers.

 

 

The Onion Dialogues is ideal for board retreats, staff training, and small group settings of 12-24 participants and is available as an in-person session or virtual program.
